I’m a consultant, coach, personal development expert, and author on a mission to help you live on our beautiful planet with more joy, health, love, and meaning.

I grew up in India born in a middle-class family, and spent the first 20 years of my professional life climbing the corporate ladder working hard and climbing the mountain that I thought held the promise of lifelong happiness. I reached the height of professional success as a Partner in one of the most renowned management consulting firms. My life was very full with a loving family, great colleagues, wonderful friends, impactful work and a growing bank account. But I was also living daily with a high level of stress and anxiety. I seemed to have it all, but I was questioning the purpose of my life.

One day, I’d had enough of the fear, stress, anxiety, and insecurity. I started a more than five-year journey of awakening and educating myself to get the answers to human flourishing that I needed.

I read over 450 books, watched 2000+ hours of lectures, and took countless courses to find a better way to live.

Now in my book Hardwired for Happiness, I’ve condensed those years of knowledge into a simple guide that will help you experience more happiness, health, connection, and fulfillment.
