Manish Chopra is  a vibrant leader whose life was transformed by the practice of meditation, specifically Vipassana. He felt compelled to share his story and ended up writing a book, “The Eqanimous Mind” about it, becoming part of his living history.

This practice is not achieved by leveraging simple platforms and programs for 5 minutes a day, rather the transformation emerges through practicing over 30 minutes – a discipline similar to those who train for marathons or triathlons by training, swimming, running, or cycling for a similar or higher duration.

Manish’s story is a testament to the holistic benefits of meditation. Like the before & after following an exercise or nutrition regimen, Manish  

  1. Improved focus and stress management
  2. Enhanced his physical health
  3. Experienced positive changes in his speech and behavior patterns.

How did this happen? He has made intentional and conscious choices in his lifestyle, reducing alcohol consumption, adopting a vegetarian/vegan diet, and relying less on medication. Meditation has empowered him to break free from negative thought patterns and live a more intentional life.

Manish encourages others to integrate meditation into their lives with discipline and intentionality. He recommends immersive experiences such as meditation retreats or group meditation to truly experience the benefits firsthand. He highlights the importance of starting the day early with meditation and exercise, and emphasizes that meditation retreats are often free and in high demand due to their effectiveness.
