Testimonials

The revolution’s already started

The Happiness Squad provided a supportive structure for our commitment to develop a culture of belonging and to prioritize authentic engagement among our faculty and staff.  Ashish was a skillful and gentle guide, creating a welcoming environment of invitation for everyone in our group.
At Trivium, we partnered on a holistic well-being journey involving re-activation of our purpose, flourishing exercises and emotional intelligence. With deep expertise, Ashish and his team delivered an interactive and tailored program, and had a tremendous impact on engagement and culture, particularly psychological safety. I was particularly impressed with how the Happiness Squad maximized their reach in our global organization through a hybrid approach. Thank you!
We are talking together about things we would have never addressed before we engaged your team. Engaging with the Happiness Squad provided the business with best practices and frameworks that can be leveraged for future M&A activity.
We have truly enjoyed working with Ashish and the Happiness Squad. When creating our leadership program, Ashish took the time to get to know our organization, understand our shared values, and embrace our principles. As a result, the program has been very impactful for our employees. He has an incredible knack for connecting with and engaging individuals in his trainings. It’s best described as great and unconventional leadership program which not only enhances measurable outcomes but also equips an individual with inside-outside tools to train the brain such that effective leadership becomes an instinctive habit.
