Ashish Kothari is an executive coach, author and founder of Happiness Squad, a company focused on helping individuals and organizations unleash the power of happiness and flourishing to achieve their full potential.  Through his 17 year stint at McKinsey & Company, Ashish has helped organizations develop capabilities critical to strategy success. Ashish lives in Boulder and has a Masters in Business administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational behavior from Chicago Booth and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.

Lizzie is the head of External relations for Happiness squad and responsible for amplifying our impact and managing our relationships with external partners and other flourishing experts. Lizzie oversees the operations and content for our Happiness Squad community including sending daily happiness nudges, organizing monthly local and online events. Prior to joining Happiness Squad, Lizzie worked at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiter for ~16 years in London, Chicago and Denver. Lizzie was born in England and calls Boulder, CO home for last 10 years, where she lives with her husband, Ashish and an amazing son, Ashwin who turned 14 this year.

Alicia is an innovator and evolutionary, dedicated to bringing wellness into all aspects of life. A certified yoga teacher, she has been teaching and leading yoga lifestyle programs since 2008. Deeply inspired by Ayurveda and the practical application of yoga in business, she brings over 20 years of experience from the beauty and wellness industry, where she worked with brands committed to care, sustainability, and a connection to nature. Her studies in journalism and marketing have been a common thread in her various leadership roles related to sales, marketing, branding, social media, business strategy, and education. She is driven by her passion for living a yoga lifestyle on and off the mat.

Rewire yoga: Student plan

Through the course of the program, learners will integrate 6-9  five minute micro-practices into their daily routine. The Rewire course is designed to support all learning styles and lifestyle.
