In today’s show, Ashish and Anil are going to have a fascinating conversation with professor Amy Young on how she hardwires organizations for human flourishing and connection.

Amy Young is on the Business Communications faculty at the Ross School of Business and received her PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan. In this episode, Amy is going to talk about her work on translating the science of flourishing into practice and the importance of compassionate leadership.
