Hi I’m Ashish (Kothari)

I’m the Founder of HAPPINESS SQUAD and after finding my ikigai to pursue a life of helping others thrive, I’m truly excited to be part of this community with you and continue the journey to live a life with more joy, love, health and meaning. Prior to this, I spent over 17 years at McKinsey & Co, supporting leaders/organizations succeed through increasing their effectiveness, building more human centric cultures, and building new mindsets at scale. I live in Boulder, CO which makes me smile every day along with my wife, Lizzie, my son, Ashwin and our pug, Miss Puggles! So looking forward to collaborating with you.

My journey to unlock human potential & performance spans over 20 years from consulting with IBM to corporate with Adidas & most recently Nike. I’m energised by empowering teams, growing partnerships & advising leaders through uncharted spaces and ideas. Hi I’m Alicia (Parks)

I’m an innovator and evolutionary and believe in bringing wellness into all aspects of life. I’m a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching and leading yoga lifestyle programs since 2008. I’m deeply inspired by Ayurveda and the practical application of yoga in business. I bring over 20 years of experience from the beauty and wellness industry where I worked with brands with a mission of care, sustainability, and connection to nature. My studies in journalism and marketing have been a common thread in my various leadership roles related to sales, marketing, branding, social media, business strategy, and education. I’m driven by my passion for living a yoga lifestyle on and off the mat.

Hi, I’m Lizzie (Kothari)

I’m English and have been living in Boulder, CO for 9 years. Having been brought up in the English countryside, Boulder offers me a taste of home being surrounded by amazing beauty. I have a brilliant husband, Ashish and an amazing son, Ashwin who turned 13 this year. Having worked at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiter for ~16 years in London, Chicago and Denver, I am now excited to be a part of the HAPPINESS SQUAD. Hi I’m Megan (Valencia Darnell)

After suffering from severe burn out in the world of tech startups, I knew something had to change. I switched my focus to living a life rooted in what truly matters versus constantly striving for external validation. That shift changed so much in my life, and opened the door to joining HAPPINESS SQUAD where I get to blend my love of creating with my purpose of helping myself and others stay vulnerable and balanced. In addition to the work I do here, I teach at CU Boulder and enjoy spending time with my husband and our fur baby, Cali.
